If you are a beginner, you are advised to take advantage of a personal trainer's services to make things easier for you. People at the Intermediate and Advanced levels might not necessarily need one (which is plausible especially when backed by significant training experience), but even people at these levels could end up learning a new thing or two from a trainer.

Before we get down to training, we always make our clients understand that no two people will get the same results at the end of a training period.
